Our Autumnal Botanical bath soak. An earthy rejuvenating blend to support you as the season gets colder. This blend was created to nourish skin, reduce cold symptoms, detoxify and stimulate the body's immune function through its anti-microbial properties. Our bath soaks also soften and moisturize skin, soothe sore muscles, relax the body & mind.
Bath Ritual: Add half of the mix into the bath to dissolve (use the muslin bag if you prefer). Light a candle. Let the warmth embrace you and breathe deeply. Relax and enjoy this quiet time for yourself.
*One pouch is good for 2 baths. You can add in more plain epsom salts for more sore muscle relief.
Foot Soak: Don't have a bathtub or time to take a long bath? A foot soak is another great way to use these salts. Fill a large bucket with hot water, add 1/4 cup of Amber Glow and stir to dissolve. Submerge your feet and relax while watching your favorite show or even get some office work done.
