Dream Walker | Herbal Tea Blend

An evening blend to promote a calm state for rest, sleep or dreamwork. 

• Ingredients: *Skullcap, *oat straw, *peppermint, *mugwort, *chamomile, *damiana, *orange peel and *blue corn flower. *organic

• Flavor: Refreshing minty start with an earthy floral finish
• Brewing Loose Leaf Tea: Use 1 Tbsp. to infuse one 8oz cup. Pour soft boiled water over the tea and let steep 4-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Add optional sweetener and garnish with an orange slice. *note* this herbal blend can be steeped for a long time and not get bitter. 
• Cold Infusion: For maximum benefits, this herbal blend can be infused in cold water for 4-24 hours.
